Requirements: (Package 1 & 2)

• Eligibility age of 18-69 years old/exit age 70 years old
• 6 months contestability for the pre-existing illness

MYMP Standard Benefits

• 24/7 availability of the memorial services.
• Embalming Services – sanitation and preservation of the body for 3 days using local chemicals;
• Restoration of disfigured features when deemed feasibly provided that the cost of such shall be assessed by the mortuary
• Provide professional cosmological care to details of appearance
• Viewing equipment and paraphernalia – 1 standard set of the viewing lights, casket stand, announcement board and carpet;
• Interment – use of one (1) hearse to burial site within 25 km radius of servicing mortuary.
• Viewing or vigil – 3 days in non-air conditioned chapel of servicing mortuary (common chapel for brevity), or residence, social/barangay hall, church/temple within 25 km radius of servicing mortuary. Retrieval of body from place of death using service vehicle to mortuary
