A member of the Cooperative engaged in any Agricultural activity that needs financial
assistance for him to advance, be extra productive and are working towards building a
better life for the family may avail of this loan product.

Product Features:
Minimum loanable amount of 10,000.00 & maximum of 3,000,000.00.

Interest Rates depends on membership category and status. It ranges from 2%-3% diminishing monthly.

Loan Term is from 6 to 36 months maximum.
Can be paid in Lumpsum for 6 months term and monthly basis if otherwise.

Acceptable collaterals are chattel and real estate mortgages only.

Share Capital retention is required upon loan release and all loans applied is enrolled in Coop
Loan Protection Program (CLPP), a loan insurance shouldered by the member.
