Interest Rates depends on membership category and status. It ranges from 2%-3% diminishing monthly.

Loan Term is from 6 to 36 months maximum.
Can be paid in Lumpsum for 6 months term and monthly basis if otherwise.

Acceptable collaterals are chattel and real estate mortgages only.

Share Capital retention ranges from 6%-10% depending on amount applied.
Loan insurance is shouldered by the member.
