Businesses with quick cash generation cycles may avail of this Investment
and Credit Line Package of BCS Credit Cooperative.
Its main purpose is for working capital only. Hence, assisting your
CORE business funding needs.

Product Features:
Minimum credit line amount of 1,000,000.00 & maximum of 5,000,000.00.
Maximum amount is based on the business’ cash flow.

Interest Rate is at 1% per month.
Paid on a monthly basis.

Loan Term is fixed at 6 months maximum.
Principal amount can be paid monthly or can be paid whole on maturity date.

Acceptable collateral is limited to Real Estate Mortages (REM) only.

Commitment of the member is expressed in putting up 10% of the approved
credit line to Share Capital and Regular Savings respectively before the
first draw down or loan release.

Encumbrance fee and loan insurance is shouldered by the member.
NO SERVICE FEE/FILLING FEE.
