1. Attend Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) through:
   1. Online PMES Video (Visit Online PMES Video)
   2. On-field through an account officer
   3. At the branch, from Monday to Saturday 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

   And received a PMES certificate valid for six (6) months only.

2. Pay the required initial fees:

   2,000               –           Share Capital (initial)

   500                  –           Regular Savings

   200                  –           ATM Savings

   1,280               –           MUDAS

   200                  –           Membership Fee

   4,180.00                      TOTAL

3. Submit and present the following documents:
   1. At least one (1) primary Valid ID and or two (2) secondary IDsPrimary IDs are:

4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
5. SSS/GSIS ID
6. Driver’s License ID
7. PRC License ID
8. Passport
9. Digital Comelec ID
10. Senior Citizen ID
11. New Postal ID

12. Secondary IDs are:

    • Pag-ibig ID
    • Philhealth ID
    • School ID
    • Company ID
    1. 2 pieces 2×2 recent photo preferably white background
    2. Birth certificate, if single
    3. Marriage certificate, if married
